Arrow Civil Engineers provides site civil design and consultant services for land development projects in Colorado.  We strive to provide superior service, ensuring that our clients  receive the experience, expertise, and personal attention they deserve.

Arrow Civil Engineers was founded by Susan P. Mizuno in 1993.  Our projects range in size from less than 1/2 – acre to more than 60 acres.  We have experience in most of the metro area jurisdictions. 

In addition to the traditional approach to site engineering, we are prepared to meet the requirements of sustainable development.  We have always strived to provide responsible solutions to the design challenges encountered on our projects.  In the coming years we believe it will be necessary to provide designs that reflect at an even higher level of awareness of the more global impacts of development.  We are prepared to provide sustainable designs and to participate in the multi-diciplinary design approach required by LEED.
